Description
Soutiran Grand Cru Brut is a complex, traditional, and sparkling champagne from France’s Grand Cru village of Ambonnay. It’s made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay grapes, with about 10% coming from reserve wines. The grapes are aged in the cellar for at least five to eight years, and the wine is rich, dry, and complex. It’s described as having notes of honeyed brioche, almonds, and fresh herbaceous scents. Some say it has a balanced acidity from the Chardonnay and a tight final aftertaste.
