Our 95% rye whiskey islighter than many other rye whiskies but still has all the characteristics associated with rye. Eclipse is finished for two years in barrels that previously held rum. Nose: A big beautiful nose wood shavings, freshly cut pine. All the baking spices nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon.
