Blanc de Craie. The Champagne Brut Blanc de Craie by Henri Giraud isa Blanc de Blancs made of 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from vineyards in the Valle de la Marne, and precisely 55% from the Grand Cru of Ay and from the Montagne de Reims.
