Blanc de Noir literally means white wine from black grapes. Cherry Hill Winerys Blanc de Pinot Noir is produced by immediately pressing juice out of whole clusters, of one hundred percent Estate grown Pinot Noir grapes. This lack of skin contact time produces the brilliantly clear color of the wine. The resulting Pinot Noir juice is slowly fermented in stainless steel to preserve the aromatic quality of the wine. Together these elements help create this elegant and refreshing dry white wine.
