Description
The 2019 Chateau Lynch-Bages is a medium-bodied red wine from Pauillac, France with a deep garnet-purple color and aromas of blackcurrant, black cherries, boysenberries, and baker’s chocolate. It also has notes of lilacs, forest floor, iron ore, charcoal, and cinnamon stick. The wine has a balanced fruit flavor with integrated acidity, smooth tannins, and a great finish. It pairs well with hearty stews, duck confit, and mushroom-based dishes, and aged cheeses like Gouda, Comt, or Gruyre.
