Sauvignon Blanc from the chalky soils of Chavignol, was vinified and aged in stainless steel. Abundant notes of honeyed grapefruit, lemon rind, freshly cut grass and crushed chalk give the wine a distinctive minerality. Drink this crisp, medium-bodied white over the next year.
