Notes of toasted marcona almonds, lemon sorbet, and river rocks leap out of the glass followed by subtle hints of burnt marshmallow, brioche, and vanilla. Liquid Farm has endearingly nicknamed this wine “Goldilox” because of her impeccable balance of richness and fresh acidity. She is “just right”!!
