Beautiful Earth is a white Rhone blend comprised of Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche grapes grown on the Westside of Paso Robles from Paper Street Vineyard. VINIFICATION: Whole cluster pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels, 500L and 228L.
